Skin Rescue from Sudocrem - Review and a Mini Giveaway

Morning ladies!

I was recently sent some Sudocrem tubes to test out & giveaway - I was quite intrigued as my boy had used it for as long as he can rememeber and swears by the stuff! I had heard good things about its uses in keeping spots under control and im always looking for a product that will work for me!

As you can see, its in a more user-friendly tube than its previous screw lid pots. Its also a handy handbag and travel size which is a bonus! Rather than being marketed as an antiseptic nappy cream as the pots are, its directed as a skin care cream, more suited to adults! After a bit of research, I found that it does contain the same healing ingredients as regular Sudocrem which is good (but I am aware that it is not the same as the stuff in the pots!)!

What Sudocrem say....

"Sudocrem Skin Care Cream is in the white Sudocrem Tube. It is a product aimed at helping to maintain healthy skin as part of your daily skin care routine.

Sudocrem Skin Care Cream is fast becoming a skin care must-have with a growing celebrity following. The handy 30g tube makes it perfect for your handbag and when travelling (the size is hand luggage compliant). It is the perfect size to slip into... desk drawer, gym bag or car glove box. Your new Sudocrem tube will quickly become your ‘go anywhere, use anytime skin care essential.’

Sudocrem Skin Care Cream is a versatile cream that is gentle and soothing and can be used as often as you need. It is ideal for problem-skin including spot prone or the problem patches common on elbows and knees. It can even be applied to your skin after being out in the sun."

One tube will last you for a long, long time - the tiniest bit will go a long way! Do not sqeeze loads out otherwise you will find yourself wasting it!
I found that it does help to calm spots and defintely takes the redness out of them. I have also used it for an insect bite and some cuts to help soothe and heal them - I love how its so versatile! (Why havent I tried it before?)

I have 3 brand new tubes to give away to my readers from the UK, so if you fancy giving this product a go then feel free to leave me a comment!

All you need to do is comment with something along the lines of 'I'd like to try a Sudocrem Tube because...' and leave me an email adress so I can contact you if you are a winner! All I ask is that you are a follower of my blog!

This is only open to people in the UK as I will be posting them myself. It will close on Saturday July 30th :)

They have also launched a Facebook page with a Bagology App, you can take a look here.

Thanks for reading, let me know what you think of this product!

* I got my hands on it! Ever Hip *

Hi lovelies!

After lusting over Ever Hip for an age, I decided that on Monday I would make a sneaky purchase from the MAC website, seeing as there was a free delivery code floating around Twitter! 3 days later, and it arrived at my door! (well technically, the box was left under my doormat :/ thanks for the well hidden package postie..)

Swatchy swatch....
Normal light:

Bright sunlight:

This is my first cremesheen from MAC and is beautifully pigmented. Its a peachy pink, and im still making up my mind as to whether it suits me! Im not used to lighter shades on my lips so I think I need to get used to the colour on me!

Did anyone else jump on the Ever Hip bandwagon before it sold out?

*NOTW* Nails Inc and a bit of faux-nad stamping!

Hi girlies!

Yesterday evening I decided to whip ou the faux-nad plates and try a bit of nail art - im still quite new to stamping so im no expret, but am slowly getting better! I went with a cute flowery pattern which I hadnt tried before.

I used the Nails Inc polish OMP! which you can get from the Fabulous Magazine - if you only have 2 tokens so far, you can download your third one here.
I love the colour, its slightly brighter in real life, and this is just one coat! The formula doesnt seem as good as my other Nails Inc polishes though, its peeling a little too easily for my liking despite being coated in Sehe Vite twice.

Now I just need to find an outfit to go with my summery nails for tonight now!
